We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Elo, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Standard shipping is USPS Ground Service with expedited and international options offered at checkout. All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Connecticut.
After credit card approval, please allow up to 48 hours for order processing and fulfillment. All orders received after 5PM EST Thursday will be processed the following Monday. All orders received Friday and over the weekend will also be processed the following Monday. Our business hours are Monday to Friday from 10AM to 6PM PST.
Since we are headquartered in Hawaii, all orders shipped to addresses in Hawaii State are subject to a 4.712% sales tax. Orders shipped to other states will not be taxed.
We are happy to accept orders from our international customers and can ship almost anywhere in the world. The same payment method and return policy apply to international orders.

If you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept a return or exchange within 30 days from date of purchase, so long as you have your original receipt and the garment is unworn, clean and in saleable condition with all tags intact. While our bikinis are made of the finest materials available, it is still important that you care for your swimsuit to preserve its color, elasticity and shape for years to come. Rinse your swimsuit in cool water after each use to remove salt, oils and dirt. It should then be laid flat to dry in a cool, ventilated area away from the sun. Do not bleach, machine wash or machine dry your swimsuit. Avoid heavily chlorinated pools, spas and hot tubs as harsh chemicals can cause color loss and erode elasticity. Make sure your sunscreen has dried before putting on your swimsuit since oils and lotions can also mute colors and sometimes leave stains. For resort wear care, all Elizabeth Kosich New York caftans and tunics are made of 100% silk charmeuse, are not water friendly and require dry clean-only care.
